Sarah loved Darell more than anything else in the world, she was ready to settle down with him, could see no other reason to want to live. Tonight, over the dinner table her boyfriend seemed distracted, almost distant. Was he going to pop the question? Was he going to break up with her? Her emotions see-sawed from one extreme to the other.
