You will be able to download any e-book purchases from this site as soon as you return from PayPal having completed the payment process.
E-books are by their nature non-returnable.
Our print books are shipped, by the appropriate postal service direct to the customer and we will endevour to ensure this process is carried out as soon as possible. We ship to over 60 countries, but there are some countries we cannot reach. Be aware shipments within the US or UK can take up to 10 business days between shipping and arrival. Airmail shipments to other parts of the world can take even longer.
